Job summary

Wonder Studios, an AI-native film studio, is seeking a growth leader to own the growth strategy end-to-end, spanning audience growth, distribution, demand generation, community, content and marketing. You will work with founders to shape how Wonder grows, how new audiences discover us, and how we become the defining brand in AI-native entertainment, leading a growth team and driving measurable outcomes.

You will oversee growth across Wonder TV, app, YouTube, social, email and future media,

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years leading growth, marketing or audience development in high-growth startups or media.
• Proven track record scaling audiences, channels or brands from early stage to significant scale.
• Expertise in growth loops, attribution, funnels and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills paired with creative judgement.
• Experience building growth teams and scalable processes.

The Role

As a global entertainment company built for the AI era, Wonder has a story worth telling at scale. This role exists to ensure that the story reaches the largest possible audience.

We’re looking for a growth leader who has built audiences that matter. You will own Wonder’s growth strategy end-to-end, spanning audience growth, distribution, demand generation, community, content and marketing. You will be someone who combines analytical rigor with creative instinct and moves at the pace of a high-growth startup.

The ideal background is someone who has scaled audiences, products, channels or communities from the ground up at a high-growth startup, media company, creator business or technology company. You understand how modern platforms work, how attention is earned, and how to turn content into sustainable growth. You will work directly with the founders to shape how Wonder grows, how new audiences discover us, and how we become the defining brand in AI-native entertainment.

What You’ll Own

• Growth strategy and execution across all Wonder channels and platforms (e.g. Wonder TV, the Wonder App, YouTube, social, newsletter and future media properties)
• Identifying, owning and executing strategic growth opportunities and distribution partnerships
• Building and leading Wonder’s growth team, including social growth, comms, marketing and PR functions
• Leading major launches, campaigns and activations with a focus on measurable business outcomes

What You’ll Bring

• 6–8+ years of experience in growth, marketing, audience development or related functions within high-growth startups, media businesses or technology companies
• A proven track record of scaling audiences, channels, products, communities or brands from early stage to meaningful scale ideally in a tier 1 start up / scale up
• Expertise across growth loops, experimentation, attribution, conversion funnels, audience development and performance marketing
• Strong analytical instincts paired with strong creative judgement
• Experience building teams, growth systems, reporting frameworks and scalable processes
• You live at the intersection of tech, media, and culture and are passionate about how new ideas and products spread online
• Fluency with AI tools as a genuine force multiplier in your workflow. You are a tinkerer at heart who is curious to explore new formats that bridges ideas to influence
