Job summary

Luxome is seeking a hands-on Growth Manager to start in ad accounts, learn key metrics, and lead A/B and on-site testing while helping automate repetitive tasks. You will work directly with our Founder & CEO, learning growth strategies and eventually shaping broader initiatives.

You'll use AI tools to automate bulk changes and routine optimizations, building automation alongside leadership and collaborating with design and marketing on campaigns and launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth, performance marketing or eCommerce, ideally at a direct-to-consumer brand.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads accounts.
• Proof that you learn fast: a tool, platform or skill you picked up quickly and put to real use.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable in GA4 and spreadsheets, and able to dig into data to find the real answer.
• Tech and AI savvy: you already use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in your daily work, and you pick up new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Launch and update campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels; keep feeds healthy and track key metrics.
• Run A/B and on-site tests (Intelligems) from setup to readout.
• Turn analytics into improvements across media, email, loyalty and site performance.
• Collaborate with the Founder & CEO on media strategy and account structure; grow into more responsibility.
