Job summary

Content Creators in the United States is seeking an Agentic Operator to design and run AI-powered growth experimentation pipelines. You will replace bottlenecks with programmable systems that pre-validate, instrument, execute, and surface insights automatically.

Report to the Director of Demand Generation and collaborate with channel owners, lifecycle, product, and sales to accelerate learning from experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full loop: intake, prioritization, instrumentation, and readout — all accelerated via automation.
• Build AI workflows and instrumentation for experiments; design feedback loops that self-improve.
• Manage a high-velocity experiment backlog and ensure timely delivery without conflicts or duplication.
