Growth Advisor (Account Executive)

Position Summary

We’re seeking a driven and dynamic Growth Advisor (also known as an Account Executive) to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in executing our sales methodology, driving successful outcomes for our customers, and exceeding monthly sales quotas. As part of a data and process-driven organization, you’ll have access to various tools and resources to help ensure the best results for every client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing deals, ensuring efficiency at each stage.
  • Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals within existing client accounts.
  • Conduct consultative calls to understand client challenges and identify solutions.
  • Develop and present tailored service solutions that communicate the value of New Breed’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot and partners to co-sell solutions and expand accounts.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline with reliable forecasting.
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to company growth.

Professional Development Milestones

Within 90 Days:

  • Complete onboarding and familiarize with New Breed’s tech stack and team structure.
  • Earn certifications aligned with HubSpot Partner status.
  • Build understanding of sales processes and solutions.
  • Begin qualifying pipeline opportunities and booking discovery calls.

Within 6 Months:

  • Deliver discovery calls independently and support sales conversations.
  • Collaborate to drive revenue growth.

Within 1 Year:

  • Confidently deliver solutions and close plans.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Share insights and support team learning.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience selling services like implementation, demand generation, or web development, ideally with HubSpot.
  • 5–7 years of success in B2B sales.
  • Ability to identify, qualify, and close opportunities with a proactive approach.
  • Track record of growing client relationships through upselling and renewals.
  • Strong communication and consultative skills.
  • Alignment with core values and a team-first mindset.

Work Environment

Remote, hybrid, or in-office at our Burlington, VT headquarters, with standard hours aligned to Eastern Time. Occasional travel for company events.
