Objectives of the Role:
As an Account Executive at Red Oak, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our footprint within the financial services industry. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record in SaaS and a passion for solving complex challenges in a highly regulated environment. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to solution development, negotiation, and close—while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. With Red Oak’s rapidly expanding product suite and increasing market demand, this is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity to shape the future of compliance technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Skills/Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in financial services or compliance technology.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, drive the sales process from plan to close, and position complex solutions effectively.
Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions in a competitive market.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services workflows, compliance requirements, and SaaS business models.
Work Ethic: Self-starter with a high level of accountability, integrity, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Work Structure
This is a remote position based in the US. Estimated 20-30% travel is required for onsite client engagements and industry events.
