  • Sport Bodies: Supporting international, national and regional federations to develop strategy, assess impact and strengthen governance and performance.
  • Operators: Partnering with global health & fitness operators, local authorities, leisure management systems and equipment suppliers to grow participation and improve outcomes through data-led decisions.

To support this, we’ve built a GDPR-compliant software platform that hosts one of the world’s largest curated activity datasets, powering many of our insights and recommendations.

  • Advising on how physical activity can drive social and economic change
  • Designing and evaluating strategies and interventions that activate people and places
  • Helping clients embed digital transformation and system-wide improvement
  • Providing visualization tools that integrate data from leisure systems, wearables, healthcare, and community programmes

This enables clients to:

  • Predict outcomes of sport and physical activity investments
  • Benchmark the impact of existing and new initiatives
  • Analyze behaviors and participation trends
  • Target groups to maximize program reach and impact
  • Identify key drivers of participation locally and nationally

What You’ll Do

We’re growing fast in North America, and we’re looking for an Account Executive to help us expand our work with national sport organizations (NSOs), and governing bodies across the region, specifically in the U.S.

You’ll be the driving force behind pipeline growth, relationship building, and deal execution. From unlocking data partnerships with Federations to introducing our data solutions and impact frameworks to decision-makers, you’ll position 4GLOBAL as the go-to partner for sport bodies ready to scale their reach and results.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitch to proposal and close
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of federation and governing body clients in the U.S. and across North America
  • Develop tailored proposals and business cases to align 4GLOBAL products/services with client goals
  • Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to shape and deliver impactful solutions
  • Represent 4GLOBAL at key industry events and conferences
  • Stay ahead of trends in sport innovation, data, and tech - bringing insights back to our strategy
  • Know how sport federations operate, what keeps them up at night, and how to offer real value
  • Have 5+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or partnerships, ideally in the amateur sport industry
  • Are a proven closer, leading with purpose and insight
  • Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and work well independently
  • Understand data-driven selling and can translate complex solutions into compelling stories
  • Are an exceptional communicator and relationship-builder with strong business acumen
  • Existing network across U.S. governing bodies, or grassroots sport organizations
  • Experience selling consulting services, or data products
  • Experience in or passion for growing participation in sport, health, and physical activity
  • Proficiency in Spanishis highly desirable
