• Minimum high school diploma; associate's or bachelor's in accounting/finance preferred.
• 1–3 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or similar experience.
• Experience in agricultural or grower-related industries is a plus.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately process and record payments to growers per agreements.
• Verify payment data: invoices, contracts, delivery receipts.
• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of payments.
• Reconcile grower accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of all grower financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Maintain grower information in accounting systems.
• Monitor payment schedules and report status updates.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of grower data.
• Serve as primary contact for grower payment inquiries.
• Communicate payment details and discrepancies to growers.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and regulations.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Identify issues or risks and opportunities to streamline processes.
• Provide feedback on system enhancements for accuracy and timeliness.
