Pero Family Farms is seeking a Grower Payable Assistant at our Delray Beach, FL location to support payments and accounting for growers. You will process payments, maintain records, and ensure compliance with contracts and company policies, contributing to trusted grower relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. An associate or bachelor's degree in accounting/finance is preferred.
• 1-3 years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in agricultural-related industries is a plus.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Process and record payments to growers per agreements and contracts.
• Verify payment data against invoices and receipts.
• Disburse payments timely and accurately.
• Reconcile grower accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of all grower transactions.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Maintain grower information in systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor payment schedules and report status to teams.
• Protect confidentiality of financial data.
• Act as primary contact for grower payment inquiries.
• Communicate payment timelines and discrepancies to growers.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
