Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking a customer-focused Grower Solutions professional to support growers with crop nutrition, crop protection, seed, specialty products, technology and consultative services. You will report to the Market Manager and help deliver agronomic guidance to achieve financial and operational goals.

Based in the United States, the role emphasizes building relationships, driving sales, and providing top-tier customer service across defined geographies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of similar experience in the industry.
• Required computer skills include knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated focus on meeting customer expectations and delivering excellent service.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with management, team members and customers.
• Must be self-driven, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented, while being an effective team player.
• CCA and PCA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and live the Simplot brand as the best-in-class Agricultural distributor.
• Grow new business and manage a customer base within a defined area to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Seek out product opportunities for current customers and market to growers with consultative services.
• Collaborate with other Crop Advisors to increase knowledge, develop sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Interface with Region and Market Managers to execute market strategies and report trends.
