Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive agronomic experience.
• Experience providing agronomic recommendations to support commercial sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced agronomic support through field diagnostics and product placement recommendations that drive customer success.
• Lead and support field development programs for emerging products and technologies, including data collection and performance assessment.
• Analyze agronomic and telemetry data to provide actionable insights and decision-support for commercial teams and growers.
• Serve as an agronomic subject matter expert by conducting technical training to strengthen product knowledge and consultative selling capabilities.
• Partner with commercial teams and growers to identify opportunities and solve agronomic challenges.
• Manage crop claim investigations, inventory tracking, and record maintenance while ensuring compliance and timely resolution of issues.
