Berger is seeking a Grower Advisor to influence customer success across the Southeastern US. You will advise reps on mix selections, support trials, and interpret results to provide actionable recommendations.

You will deliver technical support, manage COA follow-ups, and propose solutions to protect customer outcomes. You will lead training programs, present at industry events, and connect R&D findings with practical insights for customers and universities.

• Advise reps and customers on mix and trial selection and interpretation of results.
• Deliver fast, high-quality technical support and investigate complaints.
• Provide training through Masterclasses and district sessions; represent the company at events.
• Serve as main technical link for R&D projects and coordinate trials with customers/universities.
• Share learnings and market trends; support sales and complex customer requests.
