Valent U.S.A. LLC is seeking a Sustainable Solutions Team Lead for the East/Southeast region. You will lead a team of specialists to expand the sustainable solutions footprint with growers and influencers, delivering growth and technical leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, market analysis, and agronomic knowledge of the Eastern US specialty grower. Travel and strategic collaboration with marketing and technical teams are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS, MBA or equivalent, with 7-10 years of related experience.
• Proven track record in sales leadership, specifically within the Eastern US specialty market.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a high degree of detail.
• Strong business planning skills with understanding of strategic marketing and demand generation.
• Proven sales track record of creating demand through non-price value creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Sustainable Solutions Sales Specialists with accountability and technical expertise.
• Set KPIs and SMART goals aligned with regional strategy to meet targets.
• Manage regional budget and deploy sales across high-opportunity areas.
• Develop multi-year sales strategy aligned with growth roadmap.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and Field teams to support grower education of products.
• Work with teams to create and execute sustainable solution growth plans.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity in the biorational space.
• Develop value-based selling tools demonstrating ROI to end-users.
