Reporting to the COO or designated Ticket Sales Manager, you will maintain a sales pipeline and accurate order records, with a base rate of $15 per hour plus 5% commission on eligible sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar roles.
• Comfort with outbound sales outreach.
• Ability to follow up and maintain records.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends for events.
