LA Kings is seeking an Account Executive, Group Sales to drive group ticket revenue through outbound outreach, client meetings, and customized proposals. The role requires building strong relationships with LA-based businesses and community groups while coordinating promotions and theme nights.

The position involves regular office hours and event hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on proactive revenue generation and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2–4 years related experience.
• Experience selling group tickets a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell group tickets to LA Kings games and develop business relationships.
• Generate revenue through outbound calls, client meetings, emails, and referrals.
• Conduct high volumes of new business calls daily to meet sales goals.
• Plan and execute group sales promotions and themed nights for niche groups.
• Host client meetings and presentations regularly.
• Provide prompt, courteous responses to inquiries and maintain excellent service.
• Support game-day activities and events to maximize sales opportunities.
• Submit sales reports and contact updates to management.
