Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Group Selling Manager to lead and develop selling teams, elevate clienteling, and ensure top-tier customer service across departments. You will mentor Selling Managers and Brand Ambassadors, leveraging technology to drive engagement and sales.

Based in Naples, FL, you will partner with store leadership to maintain floor leadership, train teams, and implement company programs while delivering measurable results in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Willing to be fully mobile/ relocate as needed.
• Proven ability to develop and motivate a sales team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related technology.

• Guide clienteling culture and use of technology to grow sales.
• Coach Selling Managers to lead selling and model clienteling behaviors.
