Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for group sales inquiries, reservations, online ticketing, guest assistance, and client communications across phone, email, and online channels.
• Manage group reservations, contracts, payment processing, ticket purchases, modifications, exchanges, refunds, and online ticketing troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and execute group visits, special events, and guest experiences for schools, bus groups, and other organized visitor groups.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, booking details, and calendars.
• Monitor ticket inventory, pricing, and product availability.
• Communicate reservation details, scheduling updates, and day-of event information with internal teams.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving guest concerns and improving processes.
• Support special events, promotional initiatives, and seasonal programs with knowledge of attractions and pricing.
