Job summary

The Hotel Hershey in Hershey, PA is seeking a part-time team member to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and respond to inquiries with courtesy.

You will handle opening and closing procedures, assist with seating charts, and support service, safety, and sanitation to ensure a refined guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests upon arrival in the restaurant and seating guests in accordance with their requests and server rotation.
• Completing opening and closing procedures, including cash control and settlement of guest charges.
• Coordinating reservations and seating charts.
• Answering telephones.
• Overseeing service, safety, and sanitation to ensure quality. Responding to guests' questions, requests and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned

This position will greet and seat guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

Job Demands:

Physical requirements include standing (up to 100% of shift), walking, bending, stooping, hearing, speaking and finger dexterity.

Ability to work a flexible eight-hour shift according to operational needs, including weekends and holidays.
