Responsibilities

• Prospect for new group business via solicitation, networking, and cold-calling.
• Increase hotel visibility through outside sales calls, blitzes, and trade shows.
• Design and execute marketing promotions and campaigns, including direct mail, social media, and ads.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Maintain an active list of accounts for ongoing relationship development.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful events.
