Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible management experience in Group Sales.
• OR a 4-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with 5 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new group business through solicitation, networking, and cold-calling.
• Increase hotel visibility by outside sales calls, blitzes, trade shows, and events.
• Design and execute marketing promotions and campaigns (direct mail, social media, ads).
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and profit margins.
• Maintain an active list of accounts for ongoing relationship development and repeat business.
• Develop and implement aggressive action plans to drive group sales.
• Coordinate with internal partners on upcoming group needs, VIPs, and meetings.
• Maintain client satisfaction and loyalty through relationship management and service.
