Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in attractions, tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or event venues.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Comfort using CRM software and Microsoft Office; strong organization, follow-through, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Generate group bookings for school field trips, youth programs, and other groups.
• Prospect actively with outbound calls, emails, and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with educators, tour operators, travel partners, and group organizers.
