The Group Sales Manager is responsible for generating group business and maximizing revenue through proactive sales, account development, and strong client relationships for our luxury Curio Collection by Hilton property.

This role will actively prospect for new business, develop and maintain key accounts, respond to group inquiries and RFPs, conduct site tours, prepare proposals and contracts, negotiate rates and terms, and convert qualified opportunities into definite business .

The Group Sales Manager will manage assigned market segments and maintain an active sales pipeline while identifying opportunities to increase group room nights, occupancy, revenue, and overall account production . This position will also maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat and referral business.

Key responsibilities include conducting sales calls and presentations, attending networking and industry events, maintaining accurate account and booking information, monitoring market and competitor activity, and partnering with Revenue Management to ensure group opportunities align with the hotel’s overall revenue strategy.

The Group Sales Manager will work closely with Conference Services, Catering Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, and hotel leadership to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process through group arrival and execution.

The ideal candidate has previous hotel group sales or hospitality sales experience , with demonstrated success in prospecting, account development, negotiation, and closing business. Strong communication, organization, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Experience within a luxury, upscale, or full-service hotel is highly preferred. Previous Hilton experience, particularly with Curio Collection or another Hilton soft brand, is a plus.
