Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Group Sales Manager to join our team at The Whitehall Houston. You will build strong client relationships, negotiate group business across social, association, and corporate markets, and drive revenue for the property and its independent brands.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in hotel sales, a professional image, and a proactive, fast-paced sales approach with excellent time management. Evening/weekend hours may apply; benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of two years in hotel service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate strong client relationships and drive revenue for The Whitehall Houston.
• Identify and solicit new accounts via telemarketing, appointments, tours, cold calls, and emails.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely, accurate responses to proposals.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and monitor local competitors.
