Qualifications

• Outgoing, professional, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a hospitality setting.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in hotel/service sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn hotel brand and strategy and drive loyalty to grow account share.
• Solicit new accounts via calls, appointments, site tours, and emails.
• Advise clients on hotel facilities, services, and group events.
• Negotiate contracts to meet revenue goals and close sales.
• Prepare reports and participate in business and marketing plans.
