Job summary

Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort in Pinecrest, CA is seeking a Group Sales Associate to support the Group Sales Coordinator and work on the front line with Guest Services Associates. You will assist with group visit logistics, ticket prep, check-ins, and serve as a backup on days off.

You will also sell resort products, handle POS transactions, and help individual guests with lift tickets, rentals, and lessons. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Guest service, retail, or hospitality experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, documentation, and communication for all group visits.
• Be main contact for group leaders during off days for the Group Sales Coordinator.
• Prepare group tickets, waivers, and materials before arrival.
• Welcome and check in groups to ensure a smooth experience.
• Track group payments, documentation, and guest lists.
• Maintain organized group records and communicate with the Group Coordinator.
• Sell resort products (lift tickets, lessons, rentals, season passes) at ticket windows and inside sales areas.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide resort information and recommendations to walk-up guests.
