Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell products in-person, by phone/email and web sales.
• Answer guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Understand reservation process from booking to changes or cancellations.
• Balance cash drawers at daily close.
• Coordinate with departments and follow protocols.
• Maintain knowledge of resort products and services.
