Job summary

Dodge Ridge Ski Resort in Pinecrest, CA is seeking a Reservation Specialist to assist guests in person or by phone, selling products and providing resort information. Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include selling tickets and services, handling reservations, balancing cash drawers, and coordinating with departments. Strong communication and basic math skills are required; high school diploma and 1 year of customer

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma.
Must be 18 years or older.
1 year experience in a Customer Service Environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Proactively sell all company products in-person, via phone/email and retrieval of web sales.
Answer guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
Understand the reservation process from making a reservation, changing, and/or canceling while communicating with the Snowsports Department.
Work with the Marketing Department to gather knowledge of events, weather, promotions, etc.
Direct calls to appropriate departments and respond to confidential matters appropriately.
Communicates using proper radio communication following company protocol.
Ability to use multi-line telephones, copier, scanner, postage, fax and internet tools, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail and POS system.
Responsible for balancing cash drawers at the close of each day.
