• Answer guest questions accurately and professionally.
• Familiarize yourself with all products and services and accurately recommend and sell them.
• Enter guest information into the POS with payment options and ensure forms are completed correctly.
• Follow cash handling rules and perform end-of-shift cash-outs.
• Attend weekly training and safety meetings.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Assist with other departments and duties as requested.
• Assist with snow shoveling when required.
