Dallas Wings is seeking an Account Executive, Group Sales to drive new business through outbound prospecting and face-to-face meetings, focusing on group ticket sales to grow attendance and revenue.

The role requires 2+ years of sports sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work at arenas and community locations, including during home games and events. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of sports sales experience and/or relevant experience required.
• Work location is in the community, office and arenas; availability for home games and events.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking events, referrals, and face-to-face meetings to generate revenue.
• Meet or exceed revenue goals through full menu selling with focus on group ticket sales.
• Sell full menu of ticket products including group tickets, memberships, and hospitality packages.
• Develop relationships with businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to drive group sales revenue.
