YOTEL Washington DC currently seeks a Director of Group Sales to drive group and catering opportunities from first contact to final service, maximizing revenue and occupancy.

The role requires 3–5 years in hotel sales, strong negotiation skills, and leadership to coach the Group Sales team through strategic selling and client engagement. The position is based on-site in DC with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years hotel sales experience is required.
• Proven ability to develop and convert group sales opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage group, catering and guest room opportunities from initial call to servicing the group.
• Negotiate room rates, space needs, and contracts to maximize revenue.
• Lead, train, and supervise the Group Sales team in all activities.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, events, and accounting to exceed guest expectations.
