Qualifications

• 3+ years of group sales experience in a luxury hotel.
• Ability to evaluate business opportunities and align sales strategy with revenue goals.
• Working knowledge of hotel operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Willingness to travel for client engagement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be based on-site.

Responsibilities

• Sales planning: build a direct sales plan and targeted outreach to grow a refined portfolio of key accounts.
• Revenue delivery: secure and confirm group business, negotiate contracts that maximize profitability.
• Market growth: expand brand presence in corporate, incentive, and association segments through travel, property tours, and personalized client engagement.
• Cross-functional execution: partner with hotel teams to deliver on client needs.
