Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a highly organized events and sales professional to oversee group sales and conference services operations. You will coordinate event logistics, support revenue goals, and ensure every detail is executed with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, preparing documentation, coordinating room blocks and AV, and aligning service delivery with client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales, conference services, or related fields.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with common business software and event or sales management systems.
• Willingness to support evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams for smooth planning and execution.
• Prepare event orders, banquet checks, and related documentation on time.
• Coordinate room blocks, meeting space, banquet needs, AV, and special requests.
• Collaborate with operations, catering, and sales to align service delivery with client expectations.
• Monitor opportunities and support revenue and booking goals.
• Conduct site visits, pre-event meetings, and post-event reviews as needed.
• Resolve client concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Track metrics, maintain records, and support reporting on sales and event activity.
