Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator for The Westin Dallas Park Central. You will manage group arrival and departure, verify reservations, and coordinate rooming lists, ensuring seamless operation with the hotel and commercial team.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, solid organizational abilities, and 2 years in a similar role. Knowledge of Marriott Brand systems is a plus. We value flexibility and teamwork across our Crescent properties.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good judgement and ability to interact with customers and hotel management.

Responsibilities

• Administer operational and system processes for coordinating group arrival and departure.
• Verify reservations, online bookings and rooming lists.
• Maintain ongoing communication between client, hotel and commercial team to ensure details are met.
