Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator at The Westin Dallas Park Central in Texas. You will administer coordination of group arrivals and departures, verify reservations, online bookings and rooming lists, and ensure smooth handoffs between the client, hotel and the commercial team.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in a similar role, strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent organizational and analytical abilities; Marriott Brand systems knowledge is a plus.

• 2 years of experience in a similar group rooms/coordinator role.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Marriott Brand systems is a plus.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

In this role, you will administer the operational and system processes for coordinating group arrival and departure. This includes verification of reservations, online bookings and rooming lists. Provide ongoing communication between the client, the hotel and the commercial team ensuring all operational details are met.

Does this sound like you?

You have strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational and analytical skills, good judgement and proven experience interacting with customers and hotel management, 2 years of experience in a similar position and able to work with Minimum supervisor. Knowledge of the Marriott Brand systems a plus. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role.
