Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Group Analyst in New York City to support revenue management, sales, and operations. You will analyze incoming group leads, generate revenue reports, and help implement yield strategies across the hotel portfolio.

Responsibilities include preparing forecasts, distribution of sales and revenue reports, and assist in market analysis. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with multiple departments and systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of revenue management experience.
• Experience in NYC market preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage group lead process and evaluate leads and RFPs; prepare quotes based on data and demand.
• Attend DBR and quote leads falling outside established MAR.
• Maintain MAR rates in Sales System to ensure accurate pricing floors.
