Hilton Anaheim is seeking a Group Reservations Coordinator to join our team. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.

Help coordinate group reservations while delivering exceptional service to guests and clients. This role collaborates with Sales, Front Office, and other hotel departments to ensure accurate group rooming lists, reservations, and booking details.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of hotel or hospitality experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with hotel reservation systems such as OnQ, PEP, Passkey, or Microsoft Office is preferred.
• The ability to manage group rooming lists, reservation changes, and booking details accurately.
• The ability to collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and other hotel departments.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members
• Secure individual bookings: Convert guest inquiries into confirmed reservations
• Maintain attention to detail: Record and process all reservations with accuracy
• Use proactive selling techniques: Maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades
• Support sales efforts: Respond to sales inquiries and help identify potential leads for future business opportunities
