Hyatt Regency Houston seeks a Reservations Coordinator (Group Focus) to manage group room blocks, rates, and related processes on-site in downtown Houston. You will support Sales and Event Planning teams and ensure accurate billing and timely execution of group bookings.

The role requires experience in hotel reservations, strong customer service, and familiarity with Hyatt systems. On-site in Houston, TX with opportunities in a premier hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage group room blocks, including cut-off dates, rates, inventory and billing.
• Process all group reservation requests via phone, fax, or email.
• Coordinate with Sales/Event Planning Managers and Meeting Planners.
