Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking a Group Reservations Coordinator to ensure accurate group bookings, collaborate with Sales and Event teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in our downtown hotel.

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Opera (PMS).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective multitasking and strong time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and interface skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all reservations are accurate.
• Collaborate with Sales, Event Sales and Event Planning Managers to meet client expectations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain all group reservations and blocks accurately.
• Directly communicate with clients for room specifications, changes and cutoff reminders.
• Monitor group pickup and coordinate with revenue team on special requests or after-cut-off needs.
