Job summary

Coinbase seeks a Group Product Manager to lead the Compliance Agent Experience, guiding a distributed team across North America and India to build secure, reliable, and intelligent systems for AML, KYC, EDD, and sanctions screening.

You will own a multi-year roadmap, drive automation-first investigation workflows, and collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement to ensure regulatory, privacy, and auditability standards while improving investigation throughput.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, shipping consumer products at a global scale.
• 5+ years of experience launching products in fintech, DeFi, or similar domains.
• 5+ years of leading and developing Product Management teams.
• Proven ability to translate bold ideas into measurable features and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own all facets of the Compliance CX Agent Experience product area through execution and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for Compliance investigation experiences.
• Drive automation-first and AI-assisted investigation workflows with human-in-the-loop controls.
• Understand investigator workflows to identify high-impact automation opportunities and reduce handle time.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science/ML, Compliance, and Ops to deliver integrated tooling.
