Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of shipping products yourself.
• 1+ years mentoring or directly managing other Product Managers.
• Experience partnering with go-to-market teams to launch complex SaaS or platform products.
• Track record of personally shipping AI-enabled or data-driven software products with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the NextGen portfolio, translating business goals into a sequenced plan that delivers value to institutions and the students they serve.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of Product Managers, setting clear expectations and helping recruit talent as the team expands.
• Identify opportunities to connect the portfolio through shared workflows, integrations, and data to deliver more value together than individually.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, implementation, client support) to plan and execute launches that are market-ready and easy for institutions to adopt.
