Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Group Product Manager for FinHub within Platform. You’ll own money movement reliability across fiat and crypto, defining service levels and controls. You’ll lead real-time detection, end-to-end tracing, and governance across money movement systems and participants.

You’ll collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and product groups to establish control ownership and drive improvements in workflow, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in money movement or payments.
• Experience owning strategy for large-scale financial platforms.
• Deep fluency in distributed systems and risk/controls.
• Ability to set and enforce standards across teams in regulated environments.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision for money movement reliability and controls.
• Define per-rail service levels and resolution targets for fund flows.
• Build controls infrastructure for risk, compliance and financial controls.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across rails and ledgers.
• Scale correctness with AI agents and cross-team ownership agreements.
