Coinbase seeks a Group Product Manager for FinHub within Platform to own the money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto. Qualifications

• 10 years of product management experience in money movement, payments infrastructure, ledgering, or financial platforms at scale.
• Track record owning strategy for large-scale money movement or financial systems such as payment processing, transfers, ledgers, or reconciliation.
• Deep technical fluency in distributed systems, event streaming, idempotency, and ledgering.
• Ability to set standards that other teams must meet across a regulated environment.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto.
• Build controls infrastructure for risk, compliance, and financial controls on each fund flow.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across rails, networks, controls, and ledger.
• Scale correctness with AI agents that propose controls and triage alerts.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and product groups to own controls across fund flows.
