Oscar Health is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead the PM team on the Lucie enrollment platform in New York City. You will report to a Director of Product and own the enrollment roadmap, partnering with Engineering, Data and Design to align on strategy and deliverables.

The role requires 7+ years of product management and 2+ years of people management, with a hybrid work model and in-office Thursdays for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Help define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Lucie Health Marketplace enrollment platform.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Design and Data to define strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to make resource trade-off decisions and ensure cross-team alignment.
• Provide recommendations for product enhancements and new products.
• Develop operating models for new products with leadership.
• Mentor and coach a team of Product Managers.
