Oscar Health in New York seeks a Senior Director, Marketplace Growth and Partnerships to lead a new partnerships capability within the Strategic Planning Team. The role combines hands-on leadership with scaling future partnerships to drive consumer value, engagement, and monetization across the Lucie ecosystem.

You will report to the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week in New York, with Thursdays dedicated to in-office meetings and

• 12+ years in partnerships, business development, corporate strategy or related leadership.
• 8+ years building and executing partnership strategies or ecosystem initiatives.
• 8+ years negotiating or managing strategic commercial partnerships.
• 8+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Data and Ops.
• 5+ years building or scaling new business functions in high-growth environments.
• 5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define the partnership strategy for Lucie Marketplace and external partner roles.
• Build a prioritized partner ecosystem across lifestyle, wellness, and related categories.
• Identify opportunities where partnerships accelerate marketplace strategy.
• Develop the commercial strategy including monetization models and partner economics.
• Collaborate with Lucie leadership, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Data, and Operations.
• Establish operating model for partner evaluation, launch readiness, and performance measurement.
• Own senior-level partner relationships and represent the marketplace vision externally.
• Build a scalable partnerships function for future growth.
