Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Manager, Insurance Product, Employer Subsidized and New Growth Platforms, to lead the development of lifestyle-based insurance concepts and employer-subsidized solutions. You will translate strategy into scalable product concepts, drive pilots, and shape the product roadmap while guiding junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare product or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, product management (ACA or Small Group), or corporate strategy.
• Experience supporting product development, consumer journey mapping, improvement plans, or pilot programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of insurance product concepts and health solutions from idea to pilot.
• Translate strategy into early-stage designs, value propositions, and business cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on the product roadmap.
• Support pilots, track performance, and summarize insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate inputs and timelines to move concepts from brainstorming to pilot and launch.
