Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Product Designer to join the Lucie Marketplace team. You will design and ship tools that help employers manage health plan contributions and shape the ICHRA experience across the Lucie ecosystem.

You will work with product managers, engineers, researchers, data and operations to deliver features from discovery through delivery, while maintaining a scalable and intuitive experience across the Lucie suite.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product/UX Design.
• 2+ concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web and mobile interfaces.
• 2+ years managing stakeholders directly.

Responsibilities

• Define experiences for Oscar’s users across use cases contributing to care accessibility.
• Become an expert on users and journeys, advocating needs to the broader org.
• Own the design process and partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders to drive alignment on solutions.
• Collaborate with other product designers across the organization during critiques and contribute to the design team.
• Perform user research and usability testing to generate actionable insights for design decisions.
• Design visually compelling experiences and contribute to the Oscar design language system (Anatomy).
• Bring the Oscar brand to life in product experiences.
