Job summary

Gearset is seeking aSenior Product Manager to own the Core group’s product strategy and drive a cohesive experience across planning, changes, and deployment. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success to align product goals with business outcomes and deliver market-leading capabilities in a dynamic Salesforce ecosystem.

You will lead a small team, navigate ambiguity, and shape a strategy that scales with the org.

Qualifications

• Have been in a Group Product Manager, Product Director, or equivalent position for a couple of years with a track record of navigating ambiguity and organisational dynamics to create coherence across multiple product areas and taking new products to market.
• Have a track record of working hand-in-hand with sales and customer success; you're comfortable owning the commercial strategy and market narrative for your product area, and Sales would trust you in front of a customer's leadership team.
• Experience in managing teams of 2–4 people, coaching through questions not directives.
• Enjoy talking to users and have an infectious passion for building products that solve clear user problems in delightful ways.
• Experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience of helping scale a product function by forming a new group.
• Some software engineering experience, even if only limited.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial success of your group's products and connect team work to a wider business strategy.
• Diagnose the problem space and build a clear plan; make real trade offs and not try to do everything.
• Turn individually valuable products into a cohesive experience so users perceive one product, not several.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to own the commercial strategy and market narrative.
