Glean, a leading Work AI platform, seeks a Product Manager for Core Experience. You will own surface areas like Homepage, Mobile, Desktop, Browser Extension, and SDK, shaping a seamless, consumer-grade journey across all touchpoints.

Partner with Search and Chat to align roadmaps and craft holistic experiences. You bring 8+ years in product management for B2B SaaS or AI-focused products, with a strong track record turning strategy into practical UX and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, AI products, or high-engagement platforms.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into concrete user experiences and workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, growth, GTM, and customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Core Experience product strategy and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end quality of Homepage, Mobile, Desktop, Extension, and SDK surfaces.
• Partner with Search and Chat teams to integrate surfaces into end-to-end journeys.
• Lead user research and data-informed decisions to improve engagement and retention.
• Drive rapid experimentation and measurable product outcomes through A/B testing.
