Job summary

American Income Life in Waco, TX is seeking a Group Representative to handle direct contact with policyholders, customers, and PR field representatives by phone, email, fax, and written correspondence. This hybrid role is based in Waco with in-office Tue-Thu and remote Mon & Fri.

You will perform clerical duties, issue AD&D and Group Life policies accurately, review PR reports, and deliver timely customer service.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum typing requirement of 30 wpm.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment as well as various software packages required by the department.
• Proficiency in effectively communicating both in writing and verbally with proper grammar, word usage, and punctuation.
• Ability to exercise some judgmental decisions in an independent manner.
• Ability to meet department deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform various clerical duties within the department including communication via telephone and/or e-mail.
• Issue and administer AD&D and Group Life policies with a high degree of accuracy.
• Review and evaluate various PR related reports.
• Provide quality customer service in a timely manner.
• Other duties as required by the department.
