Job summary

National Life Group in Addison, TX, seeks an experienced policy servicing professional to handle after-issue life insurance and annuity transactions. You will review contracts, calculate premium impacts, and process changes while coordinating with producers, policy owners, and home-office teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and strong communication. Onsite work four days weekly with core days Mon–Thu, and knowledge of MS Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requests from policy owners or field associates by reviewing product specifications, contractual language, rate books, and agent guides.
• Review requests for completeness and communicate missing requirements to agents or policy owners.
• Order underwriting requirements, including medical exams, RX reports, MIB, motor vehicle reports, and other requested evidence.
• Process submitted transactions accurately within established service standards.
• Perform final review of policy changes, calculate premium and commission impacts, and prepare required documentation.
• Update administrative and supporting systems to complete policy changes.
• Perform quality reviews and distribute required forms and documentation.
• Maintain permanent electronic records and complete follow-up activities as appropriate.
• Support SEC, FINRA, state, and transactional audits.
• Determine whether grace period and/or lapse notifications should be sent to policyholders.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
