American Income Life Insurance Company seeks a Group Representative for direct contact with policyholders, customers, and PR field reps by phone, email, and written correspondence. Hybrid role in Waco, TX: remote Monday & Friday, in-office Tue-Thu.

You will perform clerical duties, issue AD&D and Group Life policies, review PR reports, and deliver timely customer service. Advancement to LG5/LG6 is possible after criteria are met.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum typing 30 wpm.
• Proficient with standard office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
